Perfect, you are our person! Our participants are owners of senior living businesses such as residential/personal care homes, assisted living, independent living, and dementia focused homes. We help owners who are are open to new residents and operating for a minimum of 2 months up to 2 years or under 50% occupancy. We ask that you are able to set aside time to participate and implement the trainings. We are looking for passionate, ambitious entrepreneurs who are open to new ideas and opportunities.
Your application will be reviewed to ensure we are able to support your business needs based on the growth stage of your company. After the review, you will be invited to a 15-20 minute call to clarify any questions and discuss next steps. Once approved and there is a consensus to move forward, you will submit payment along with a detailed business analysis questionnaire. Then, you will receive log in details for the training portal which will be your go-to learning hub to access the onboarding, resources, all live and recorded trainings.
Our accelerator program is a hybrid of an incubator model (start-ups) and an accelerator model (growth-focus) program. Senior living is not a quick, one and done course type of business. There are events that occur on a regular basis annually, and it's important to plan and prepare for them in order to maximize your business opportunities and success. To address the cyclical shifts you will face in your business, we have adopted a monthly approach, where we prioritize four specific areas of expertise which are sales, operations, clinical, and marketing each month.
You will have access to a range of resources including training and mentorship from active professionals within the industry as well as guest presenters who will cover a wide range of topics from dementia, to dining experiences, and even incontinence suppliers. You will also benefit from the networking with your peers developing long lasting relationships. Finally, we are excited about the grant program currently being developed and aimed at supporting our participants. The program will be funded through the proceeds generated from the sales of merchandise at our sister company, The Positive Impact Co. We are enthusiastic about the opportunity to provide financial assistance to new entrepreneurs while helping them grow their business.
While the accelerator program is primarily designed for founders, we understand the value of including other representatives from your organization. There are instances where multiple owners may have an administrator who handle the daily operations of the business. Therefore, additional licenses for the program is only $150 per person in a single organization. Our recommendation is that a representative who oversees each of the following areas participate in the program: ownership/management, administration, and sales or clinical.
The 2025 Early Bird Rate for the program is $4,500 until December 11, 2025 covering a 12-month commitment with access to all courses, live trainings, digital resources and guides, as well as access to guest speakers and mentors. For $375 per month, you will have access to professionals who will support your entrepreneurial journey. We offer three payment plan options for your convenience. Your success is our success! And when you are successful, it means more families and seniors are being helped. That's our goal!
There will be four monthly trainings in each discipline, sales, operations, marketing, and clinical. Can't make the live training, no problem! They will be recorded and available in the learning portal for you or your partners to access when it is convenient for you. Because our trainers actively work in the industry, the trainings will primarily be in the evenings or weekends which also gives you the opportunity to be fully present in your business as well.
We have three enrollments per year. Because we are intimately involved in the success of your business, we limit the number of participants to a maximum of only 40 per enrollment period.
